“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
~ Lao Tzu ~
“Qi” is life energy and “Gong” is the art of cultivating it.
Qigong is the practice of nurturing and balancing this vital energy for wellness and harmony.
Qigong is at least 5000 years old system of knowledge of human evolution and covers all fields of human interest. It is officially known in China as a science of longevity, development and realizing maximum human potential.
Qigong practice unlocks our innate ability to heal, reduces stress and helps us achieve longevity,
self-acceptance and reach our maximum human potential.
Regular practice helps increase muscle tone and flexibility, as well as cultivates a sense of free-flowing energy in the body and enhances our connection to nature.
Taoist healing Qigong was developed over 2,000 years ago when Chinese Medicine doctors realized that people who were recovering faster were doing more dynamic Qigong as opposed to those who did not exercise or focused on more static Qigong. The first healing Qigong form, the dynamic 5 Animal Qigong, was created by Hua Tuo, the physician to the King. Primary objectives of this Qigong were prevention, recovery and rehabilitation.
The principle of this type of Qigong rests on the fundamental belief that all illness arises from imbalance and stagnation in energetic patterns. It is used to treat these disorders as a preventative medicine by restoring and adjusting energetic balance, breaking through stagnation and returning energy flow and circulation back into the body.
Chinese medicine recognises stagnation caused by an unhealthy lifestyle, environmental factors and suppressed or excessive emotions as the primary sources of pathogenetic stress and illness. Restorative Qigong provides a powerful tool to deal with these challenges.
Through mindful breathing and Qigong meditation, our practices teach you how to de-stress, maintain focus, and unlock your life’s potential.
White Tiger Qigong is a very dynamic form of Taoist healing Qigong. It follows Taoist principles by teaching to move and flow with the 5 Elements of Nature, embody the spirit of animals, and balance Yin & Yang.
While modern therapeutic Qigong focuses primarily on symptomatic management, White Tiger Qigong aims at deeper transformation of unwanted emotions into new behavioral patterns through conscious movement, breathing and meditation techniques. It specialises in enhancing the ability to heal oneself, and on exploring the depths and capabilities of the human body, mind and spirit. These exercises are well known in Wuyi and Wudang Mountains but still have very little exposure in the West.
White Tiger Medical Qigong Consists of 3 Major Components – Meridian, Organ and Bone Qigong. The practice of these components activates, frees and renews energy flow (Qi) in the body. This is done by pulsing acupressure points, wringing out blockages out of meridians (energy pathways) like a towel and squeezing organs like a sponge while removing toxins and unwanted emotions. Dynamic forms and deep stances strengthen muscles and bones, improve circulation into the bones and increase density of bone marrow at the same time.
White Tiger Qigong applies principles of Ancient Chinese Medicine Theory and combines it with the concepts of modern sports science. It uses the principles of kinetic chains (how segments and joints in the body affect one another) and scientific anatomy to understand movement. It activates the fascia lines in the body by moving the spine and extremities in all directions. It uses nerve, tissue and joint flossing through gliding and twisting movements within the body’s full range of motion to activate circulation and blood flow.
Some of the benefits of White Tiger Qigong include:
I have studied with the White Tiger Qigong’s Founder and Master Instructor Tevia Feng.
As a certified teacher and instructor, I am honored to be a part of White Tiger Qigong’s mission to revolutionize the way the world relates to Qigong, transforming it into global phenomena.
Three powerful Qigong systems are used to form a foundation of the White Tiger Qigong
A signature feature of this Qigong is that it trains the practitioner to become flexible, yet strong and fluid all at the same time. This is practiced in the dynamic Qigong forms. Dynamic forms range from balancing, deep stretching in low stances, to spinal twists that are most often derived from animal forms and dragon movements.
5 Element Qigong is a set of five powerful animal forms. Each animal corresponds with one of the 5 nature’s Elements. This very dynamic Qigong is characterized by deep, strong stances combined with deep twists, long slow breaths and special breath holding techniques while in the peak posture.
8 Trigram Organ Qigong is a set of forms moving in a continuous flow.
It develops the “Dragon body” through serpent like manner. The focus is on deep core rhythmic movements that gently massage all internal organs, wring out the meridians in the body and twist the spine in all directions.
5 Animal Qigong is the first type of healing Qigong, created by the king’s physician, Hua Tuo over 2000 years ago. It is the most dynamic practice of all. This system consists of 20 vigorous animal forms and is characterized by continuous walking while focusing on deep stances and flowing movements.

One of the primary benefits of Kambo on the energetic level is its ability to clear blockages and stagnation in the body’s energy system, allowing for greater flow or life force energy and alignment with one’s true self. It has an ability to cleanse and strengthen one’s aura, by removing negative influences, attachments, and energetic debris. This leads to a profound sense of rejuvenation, protection, and vitality, as the energy field becomes more resilient and empowered.
Kambo assists in restoring balance between the mind, body, and spirit. When these aspects of self are out of alignment, it can lead to dissonance and disharmony in one’s life. Kambo helps to bring these elements back into harmony, allowing for a more balanced and peaceful energetic state and spiritual health.
The tribesmen of the Amazon traditionally use this medicine with the intention to gain sexual attraction or “hunter” abilities, and to clear themselves from bad luck or negative energy called „paneme”. Kambo is a perfect cleansing agent for such vibrations because the medicine helps to effectively release these toxic energies and bring back success in life.
The Matses tribe uses Kambo for luck prior to hunting to catch a big animal. In the Western culture, we don’t hunt for game in the forest, but we often “hunt” for career, success, money, health, or partners. This could correspond to archaic desires of being the best hunter. It is said that everything flows easier in life after taking Kambo, because the internal transformation changes what we attract externally.
Kambo helps to purge toxins from the body by stimulating the lymphatic system and liver. This deep cleansing process aids in improving overall organ function, strengthens the immune system, and activates self-healing response within the body. It is a natural antibiotic, antiviral and antifungal and therefor kills bacteria, viruses, and fungi, cleanses the blood, and can improve general well-being. Certain bioactive peptides in Kambo act as natural painkillers, providing relief from chronic pain. The secretion also contains compounds with strong anti-inflammatory properties, which may help alleviate conditions like arthritis or muscle soreness.
Studies show that some peptides in the Kambo can be very effective in dealing with Alzheimer, Parkinsons Disease, infertility, hepatitis, cancer, AIDS, and other serious conditions. Although there is no doubt of the wide range of uses of Kambo, it is necessary to find the right treatment specific to each person and condition. The regularity of treatments and correct dosage are also vital to have the most continuous beneficial effects.
There has been no modern clinical research done on humans to illustrate its curative nature. This is why we need to be patient before officially calling Kambo a medicine, however there are many people that have experienced the potency of the Kambo which is good thing to acknowledge. I have witnessed Kambo help many people with a variety of conditions including allergies, skin diseases, asthma, rheumatism and joint disorders, chronic pain and infections, malaria, diabetes, hepatitis, epilepsy, and depression. It helped with post chemotherapy renewal, served as disease prevention and much more.
As a profoundly transformational tool, Kambo medicine is also known to foster emotional stability. The purgative experience can lead to release of pent-up emotions, helping individuals to confront and process unresolved traumas or feelings they may have been avoiding, and transform unwanted emotional energy into new behavioral patterns.
Many users experience a cathartic release during or after Kambo ceremony, which can bring a profound sense of relief. People report enhanced emotional resilience, sense of calm, balance, and increased clarity of thought. Some users find that Kambo increases a sense of compassion, courage, and personal empowerment.
By detoxifying the body and resetting the nervous system, Kambo can often lead to significant reductions in symptoms of anxiety and depression. The peptides in Kambo interact with brain chemistry, promoting the release of hormones like serotonin and dopamine, which regulate mood and emotional well-being.
Addictions, frustration, anger, and fears also tend to ease or dissipate entirely, contributing to overall mental and emotional stability. Kambo acts as an energetic reset, helping to clear emotional blockages, traumas or negative thought patterns that may manifest as confusion, overwhelm, or instability. In addition, the experience is often described as grounding, helping one feel more connected to their body and stay present in the moment.
